Week 16 & 17: Mini Taper and Recover
After a couple good blocks of training (weeks 9-15), the Gunsan Double Olympic Triathlon was a good test of Cindy's current fitness. It was also nice becasue I was doing this race too so I would be there and able to cheer her on! For me the race was my first professional race.
