Buffalo Bill Sprint - Memphis, TN

Result: 1st Overall

Remarks: This was the hottest race I have ever done.  Humidity was high and temperature was over 100, good thing it was just a sprint.  Turns out at this point I was trained well enough for 4 miles unlike the 13 miler I had to do 2 weeks earlier.  Even though it was a smaller field I beat some very high caliber athletes, one of which ended up placing 2nd at Worlds in the 40-45 age 2 months later.

Chungnam Double Olympic (O2)

Result: 1st in Age group (4th Overall)

Remarks: My first Triathlon longer than Olympic Distance.  I enjoyed the long 3K swim and the bike was a great course of rolling hills.  I cramped up bad and fell apart on the run.

Results: 2nd Overall

Remarks:  Fun race.  Bike course was difficult to hold speed because of all the turnarounds (6 laps)  It was awesome to do a Triathlon with my lovely wife Kristin! Triathlons are best enjoyed when the whole family is involved.

Tongyeong 2015

KTF Series Finale

Results: 3rd in Age-group

Recap: 2nd Triathlon in Korea and I learned a ton from this experience.

Swim: 1 Lap Ocean swim.

Bike: Extremely Hilly! I was out of my saddle on every climb.

Run: Flat scenic and beautiful.  Unfortunately I was still not in any type of running condition and the hilly bike had shot my legs.
