About this time last year we were sharing about our “Summer of Ahnae”.  While that time was very difficult and brought a lot of pain, we knew our pursuit of adoption was not over.  So without further adieu, we are excited to share that we are currently fostering another precious baby and are hoping to go through the process adoption.

Please keep in mind we can not share much as the case is still on-going (which includes name and photos of her face).

Here is what we can tell you, baby is a GIRL! She has been home with us for 2 months, and she is currently 4 months old. She is extremely calm, quiet, and happy. We are all in love with her! The boys each love her in their own way, and no, Isaac, the youngest brother, has ZERO jealousy towards her but instead has ALL the protection over her.  So, for now we will blur out facial details and call her Baby L!

We are choosing to share this with you because having this sweet girl in our home for the past few months has actually pushed us to do even more Family First Tri activities. We have not posted on them up to this point for various reasons, however we don’t want to let those experiences go un-noted. So, now that we have “announced” Baby L and she has been with us for a while, we are going to go back and document some of our Family First Tri adventures! We hope you are encouraged to get out and make life an adventure together, no matter what life throws your way (including a baby girl!). We are very excited and ask that you may pray with us as through this process.
